Sun Nation Shipping

We appreciate your business so much that we pay the cost of shipping for you! All we charge is a $4.00 handling fee to cover the time and materials it takes to carefully package up your Sun Nation goods.

Everything at Sun Nation is individually made-to-order – which means we take time to ensure that Sun Nation goods are made with all the love and care they deserve. Please allow 4-6 weeks for us to make and mail your order.

Occasionally we run ahead of schedule; you might get lucky and receive your products sooner.

 Please note, our $4.00 shipping and handling fee only applies to domestic orders placed online. It does not apply to international, custom orders, or orders placed during seasonal sales

If you need your order mailed to an international address, please let us know and we'll give you a quote.

Sun Nation is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

 

 

 

 Returns & Repairs

We love what we make and take a lot of care in creating all of the products at Sun Nation - we want Sun Nation goods to bring a smile to your face too. Our products are made to order, which means that we make each item especially for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept return/exchanges.

If you think your product is damaged due to an inherent flaw in the material or poor craftsmanship, please get in touch with us within 10 days of receiving. We’ll see if there is a way to repair it, or if necessary replace it.

Send us an email to lizzy@sunnationshop.com about why you'd like to return your purchase and we will walk you through the return process.

Please note, shipping and handling costs are not refunded and we do not cover return shipping fees.
